Most African countries face socio-economic challenges, such as low income rates and high unemployment. Due to these challenges the government introduced housing solutions to assist with these challenges for an average income earner. Through use of affordable materials AKX team came up with a typology that provides affordable building that is functional and aesthetically pleasing.
